My name is Matthew Smith. I started Maconite Merch primarily as a creative outlet for ideas and designs inspired by the charm and character of my hometown, Macon, Georgia. As a creative designer for over 20 years, I found that most of the typical merchandise and apparel available locally were too generic or "cookie-cutter" for my tastes. Macon deserves better!

Growing up and living here my entire life, I’ve developed a deep appreciation for everything that makes Macon special. The rich history, vibrant community, and diverse culture, combined with the natural beauty that surrounds us, create a setting that’s truly one of a kind. It’s this unique mix that I hope to celebrate.

When you place an order at Maconite Merch, you’re purchasing a unique product made just for you! I've partnered with a trusted print-on-demand service, which allows the production of your items to begin as soon as they are ordered. Since each item is custom-made, this process usually takes a few days, as your product is carefully printed, prepared and checked to ensure a high standard of quality. Because of this, items may take a little longer to arrive than standard in-stock products. This approach minimizes waste and allows me to offer a wider range of designs and products without keeping excess inventory.
